01 - Get In Touch

02 - Discovery & Quote
We'll kick things off with a free initial consultation. This is where I learn all about your brand and/or project. For branding & packaging projects, we'll dive into your company's values and market position. For illustration projects, we'll explore the narrative, style, and overall vision. Based on our discussion, I'll put together a detailed proposal and quote outlining the scope of work, timeline, and investment. A 50% deposit and signed contract will secure your project, and I can begin working with you!
03 - Research & Strategy
Once we're officially working together, well begin the research and strategy stage. For branding and packaging, I'll research your market competitors and help define a unique visual brand strategy. For illustration, this involves exploring styles, color palettes, and initial concepts. This phase ensures the final output is not just beautiful, but strategically effective.
04 - CONCEPT & Design
This is where your vision starts to take shape! Based on our strategy, I'll develop initial design concepts (e.g., logo ideas, layout design, illustration style). I'll then present these to you, explaining the rationale behind each choice. After presentation you will have a chance to choose between the initial concepts presented, and to give any feedback you might have.
05 - Refine/Finalize
With a chosen direction, I'll refine your project via two rounds of revisions. This includes fine-tuning elements like typography, color palettes, imagery, and preparing files (e.g., print-ready files for packaging, and web-optimized files for logos). Finally, we'll conduct a final review to ensure you're completely happy with the result.
06 - Delivery & Support
Once you've approved the project, I'll deliver all the final files in the agreed-upon formats. I'll also provide any necessary guidelines or instructions for their use. After delivery, I am committed to long term success of your project and am available for any questions, further assistance, and future collaborations you may have in mind.
